This urban townhome in Seattle's Queen Anne neighborhood is a stunner. 

The challenge with townhome design, however, is that they are narrow in layout. In order to make this beauty feel spacious, we were conscious to not overdo it on the furnishings; instead selecting modern statement pieces that really showed off the space.

It was important to show that full size furniture (vs. apartment scale) worked beautifully in the space. We even went so far as to show a king bed in the primary bedroom!!

💡 Pro Tip: When designing a space, it's critical to utilize scale to your advantage and give people a clear picture of how their furnishings could fit.
