In my heart, 1935 4th Ave W will always be "Sarah & Aaron’s home"... My sister and brother-in-law purchased this dutch colonial back in 2014. They started their family here—brought both my niece and nephew home here… hosted holidays, family gatherings, and so much more.

It's bittersweet to say goodbye, but I couldn't be happier for their next chapter as a family, or for the future owners of this sweet home. It's light and bright, a fabulous layout, and in one of the best locations atop Queen Anne—walkable to Queen Anne Ave, parks galore, and a personal favorite—Macrina Bakery.

I had fun being in my memories while brining a fresh perspective to this home. Using warm grays, cool whites, and blacks along with lots of wood and marble; it now shows a contemporary and clean edge.
