Located in North Tacoma, this 1950s home (set on an oversize lot with dreamy gardens + views of Commencement Bay) was loaded with potential.

The problem: plaster walls, low ceilings, and a serious lack of natural light in the main living areas.

The solution: adding lamps (lots of lamps!), and bright fabrics & finishes. We used reflective surfaces and soft white bedding to help each space show to its full potential.

Now… the possibility of a 3 bedroom home PLUS the potential for a completely separate ADU shows to all buyers (not only the ones with the ability to see space layout in a vacant box!).
