This house took a bit of extra thought... when we walked in, it was a large open space with no delineation except for the kitchen on one side. Within that large space, we were able to segment it into a large, beautiful living area along with a huge dining space, and a great entry with a place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee.

We also were able to create 2 primary bedrooms (with king beds!), and give the home an executive office, along with a really great size kids' room.

The home came together beautifully and shows as a truly unique and upscale property in a very affordable area of Tacoma.
