Magnolia Urban Townhome

Tall and narrow spaces can be tricky for people to conceptualize furnishing, but in an urban environment it’s often the best way to maximize your living space. We staged this townhome to show how you can live comfortably in a narrow space. 

Playing with scale was critical in showing people how to use full size furnishings without the space feeling cramped. For example, instead of a table for 6, we did a glass table for 4. It visually takes up less space but maximizes your “livability.”

We decided to stage utilizing a full office setup on the ground floor in order to capture the “work-from-home” buyer who wants separation from their job but doesn’t want to drive to the office.

Unifying the home with color and texture brought the whole space together for a cozy, urban chic result.
