This home was a challenge. I love a good challenge. ;) The steep and narrow driveway, and abundance of stairs (seriously so many stairs)…gave us a run for our money. But challenges aside, from the moment I stepped inside, I was in love.   

 

Perched on Leschi’s hillside, and with panoramic views—this home desperately needed to show buyers the incredible possibility of what it could be. 

 

After my design consult with the owner, I knew the style we were after… Coastal Contemporary, reminiscent of Santa Barbara. We used plants, plants and more plants  combined with soft creams and jute textures….we added in "smoked resin" chairs and gold rimmed plates to bring the glitz in for a multi-dimensional, truly unique look.
