We staged this rambler in the heart of Kirkland as a contemporary cottage, using wood accents combined with neutral greys and whites. It's so fresh now.

 

I can see such a broad array of buyers wanting this home--it's a single story and now it's light, bright, updated but still has a cozy charm. We decided to create 2 distinct areas in the living space as it was large with an off-center fireplace. Now, not only do you have a spacious living room, but you also have the coziest spot to curl up by the fireplace.
